Return of Equipment

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at 1-833-910-2772

The loaned equipment must be returned within 30 days of the date of cancellation. The monthly billing will stop once we receive your proof of shipment.

If the equipment is damaged or returned after the 30-day period, you will be charged for the cost of the equipment. We reserve the right to charge a fee if the equipment shows significant signs of wear and tear.

Return Procedure 

After confirming the cancellation of your subscription with our customer service, send your package to the following address:

Return the equipment in its original packaging.

Make sure that the equipment is properly packed to avoid any damage during transport. Canada Post offers advice on this topic on its website.

You may use the carrier of your choice. Please keep your tracking number as a proof of shipment and to track the delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

You must assume the return shipping costs unless your device is broken or defective.


Instant-Alert products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a product is defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Certain conditions apply and return shipping costs might not be covered by Instant-Alert.

Refund Terms and Conditions 

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be applied to the credit card associated with your account within 30 days of our receipt of the product.
